On July 20, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of the opening of our first office in Croatia, in Rijeka. For this occasion, we organized a spectacular party in beautiful Opatija, right next to the sea at Beach and Lounge bar, Colosseum. We dedicated the evening to our employees and partners, their hard work and effort, as well as numerous successes in the years behind us. Prizes for our employees were not missing, we hung out late into the night with a DJ and fine cocktails and snacks!

Our first centre in Croatia opened its doors in Rijeka in 2012, and with continuous growth and progress, we opened a second centre in Zagreb in 2019.The needs of the market are constantly increasing, and the dynamics of service delivery is fast and demanding. Through constant education and hiring of experts, we keep up with technology and successfully fly through all the challenges of today’s market.
In Croatia, we employed over 400 people at both locations who today professionally provide customer support services in English, German, Italian and Croatian for numerous clients, mainly in the tourism and energy sectors.
