A carefree start at Assist Digital
You will begin your first day with a welcome package where you'll find everything you need to get started. Then, during the first three weeks, all agents go through a training program where they get acquainted with the tasks and work programs. After successful training, each employee is assigned a colleague who has the task of ensuring that the new employee feels part of the team in solving everyday tasks and acquainting him with all the exciting things that can be found in the next few months in the office. After three months, you will receive a welcome bonus of HRK 1,000!
