TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA OF CANDIDATES WHICH ARE THE SUBJECT OF PROCESSING
With this notice Assist d.o.o. provides candidates who provide their personal information and their CV on the website of Assist d.o.o. information on the processing of personal data relating to their potential employment.
The data of the candidate requested in the CV form on the website are processed, and at least: name, surname and e-mail address and all other data that the candidate enters in the CV that he submits via the website, such as: date of birth, contact number, address residence, data on the telephone operator's work experience, previous employment, level of knowledge of Italian, English and German, as well as all other personal data that the candidate voluntarily provided in the appropriate form and in the attached curriculum vitae.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
Personal data is processed for the purpose of assessing candidates for employment in the company Assist d.o.o. and to communicate for that purpose with candidate. The legal basis for the processing of the candidate's personal data is the necessity of processing for taking actions at the request of the respondent before concluding the contract - taking actions based on the application for employment.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected through the website will be processed by ASSIST DIGITAL S.P.A., Italy, Milan, Via Inganni Angelo 93, CAP 20147, the founding company of Assist d.o.o. and employment agencies with which Assist d.o.o. cooperates as a processor to assess the qualifications of candidates for the vacancy.
METHOD OF PROCESSING
Assist d.o.o. guarantees that the data will be processed with the application of appropriate legal, organizational and technical measures for the protection of personal data.
Data will be processed using manual and automated tools and entering them into databases, archives, platforms adapted for data storage and management, in the manner and to the extent necessary to achieve the above objectives.
Data will be processed exclusively by persons authorized for processing, from the human resources department and the IT department.
Security measures are envisaged in accordance with Article 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, including, but not limited to: backup, antivirus, antiransom, username and password, multilevel management of shared files, disaster recovery, etc., with the aim of preventing the destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, accidentally or unlawfully, of personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.
Personal data will not be subject to automated employment decisions. The data will not be transferred to third parties, except in cases provided by law.
DATA STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data collected for the purpose specified in this notice will be kept for a period of one year from the date of collection if no employment is established. The data of persons who are employed are stored in accordance with the legal obligations of the Processing Manager and in accordance with the legitimate interest of the Processing Manager.
The provision of personal data is a condition necessary for the conclusion of an employment contract. If the executor or another person does not provide the necessary personal data, the personal data protection officer is not able to enter into an employment contract.
RIGHTS OF CANDIDATES AS RESPONDENTS
The right to access personal data
The candidate has the right to access personal data and request from Assist d.o.o. confirmation on the processing of personal data related to the candidate and information on the purpose of processing, categories of processed data, users, retention period, rights as interested parties in relation to correction, deletion, restriction of processing, right to object to the supervisory body and other important information relate to processing. Unless otherwise requested by the candidate, this information shall be provided in electronic form by e-mail.
Right to correction
The candidate has the right to request the correction of incorrect personal data relating to him.
Right to delete
The candidate has the right to request from the company Assist d.o.o. deletion of personal data relating to him; in that case, if he is still a candidate for the position, his job application will be considered withdrawn and Assist d.o.o. will not consider the candidate for possible employment as the requested information is needed to assess and contact the candidate.
