Choose your working hours

We offer opportunities and possibilities that could easily be combined with your characteristics and desires, and these are seen through many flexible and stimulating ways of work, which we are proud to have incorporated at Assist Digital. You choose how many hours of work fit your need through the options of 24, 36, or 40 hours per week.The possibility of a part time job can be ideal for you to join the working environment and sharpen your skills and competencies in a productive way, as well as acquire work habits. You will learn a bunch of new skills, however managing your time is one that should be highlighted. 

Invest in your future

At Assist Digital, you will have the opportunity to share and grow your knowledge of German, Italian and English through trainings that are an integral part of our employment. Communication and social skills are naturally developed through the role of a customer care agent, and are important in all lines of work, regardless of which branch you plan to pursue. 

All this and more was best explained by Marta Radan, HR manager and board member, who said, "At Assist Digital, young people can easily turn their interests, hobbies or skills into their dream jobs. Several hundred queries arrive at our centres every day, to which customer support agents respond by calls, e-mail or chat, in as many as three languages. In addition to the fact that every inquiry is an opportunity for customer support agents to improve their knowledge of a foreign language, at Assist Digital they learn to manage time, organize their tasks and collaborate. We help them grow, and they enrich us with their ideas and results."

We find time to have fun

In our humble opinion, we have great offices in Zagreb and Rijeka, which are pleasant to work in and the atmosphere is top of the pops! Your well-being is extremely important to us, so you can spend your break on our stylishly decorated rooftop terrace in Zagreb, play playstation with your colleagues or take a walk through the park that surrounds our office in Rijeka. In Zagreb we also have our Fun Team who is always on the top of its game with ideas and projects to make days at work playful.
