At Assist Digital, you can start working 24, 36, or 40 hours per week.depending on what works best for you. Free time is essential to us, and we care about yours. Moreover, you will get 24 days of vacation.If you enjoy exercise and training, we have good news. A carefree start at Assist Digital

You will begin your first day with a welcome package where you'll find everything you need to get started. Then, during the first three weeks, all agents go through a training program where they get acquainted with the tasks and work programs. After successful training, each employee is assigned a colleague who has the task of ensuring that the new employee feels part of the team in solving everyday tasks and acquainting him with all the exciting things that can be found in the next few months in the office. After three months, you will receive a welcome bonus of HRK 1,000!

We believe we can only grow if our employees grow

We will provide you with language learning materials, workshops, and individual language training and reward your progress. With our Seniority program, employees can advance from Customer Care Agents to Customer Care Specialists or professionals.
